Dunkin' Donuts is an American-based donut shop founded by William Rosenberg in 1950. The first location in Cebu City opened December 15, 1986 in Fuente Osmeña and there are now as many as 60 outlets in Cebu. Many of the franchises in Cebu are owned by the Gesalem family which also owns Jonie's Flavored Chicken.
