At a cost of P80 million, the dormitory was completed in 2007 primarily to house University of Cebu students from the nearby Banilad Campus. The residences provide easy access for nurses who study at the College of Nursing of Banilad.

• 1500 pesos per person for a room of 4, without air conditioning
• 3000 pesos per person for a room of 4, with air conditiong
• 10000 pesos for an entire room
